The Kawasaki FX921V-HS04-S 31HP vertical shaft engine (SKU ENG7607) is a 999cc 90-degree V-twin built for serious commercial mowing and turf equipment. This genuine Kawasaki engine delivers 31hp (23.1kW) with 54.3 ft lb (73.6 Nm) of torque at 2,400rpm, and its 1 1/8" x 108.8mm crankshaft suits a wide range of vertical shaft applications. Featuring cast iron cylinder liners, a pressurised lubrication system with high efficiency oil cooler, and a dual stage heavy duty canister air filter, it is designed for long service life in demanding Australian conditions. Electric start, electronic spark ignition and automatic decompression make starting easy, while the twin barrel internally vented carburettor with fuel shut-off solenoid supports reliable running. Please note no fuel tank or muffler is included, and the horsepower rating is as tested to SAE J1995 standards.
