The PROKUT PLATINUM SUGIHARA 42" solid professional replaceable sprocket nose guide bar (SKU GAFCD4243RSP) is a premium Japanese-made bar built for loggers, arborists and serious firewood cutters who demand long service life from their saw. Manufactured from a single piece of super tough steel and heat treated up to four times across different sections, it delivers superior bar-body strength and rails that measure HRC60 on the hardness scale for excellent resistance to wear and chipping. This 42" (105 cm) bar runs 3/8" pitch, .063" gauge and 135 drive links with a CD mount and an 11 tooth sprocket nose, and it replaces OEM references Oregon 423RNDD025 and Sugihara Diatop ST2T-3Q105-A. The polished lacquered finish, three-rivet nose fastening and wide overlapping ears keep the long sprocket nose securely held so it absorbs most of the abuse and minimises wear to the bar body, and like all PROKUT guide bars it is reversible for longer life. Pair it with our semi-chisel chain loop GAF43S135DL or full-chisel loop GAF43F135DL, or choose the standard PROKUT solid professional sprocket nose bar GAFCD4243RS if you prefer.
